Oncology
Veterinary oncology focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in dogs and cats. Treatment options may include surgery, chemotherapy, electrochemotherapy and supportive or palliative care, depending on the type and extent of the disease.
Cardiology
Heart disease can affect pets of all ages, although some conditions become more common as pets get older. Signs may include coughing, difficulty breathing, reduced exercise tolerance, weakness or fatigue. If you notice changes in your pet's breathing or activity levels, a veterinary examination can help determine whether an underlying heart condition is present.
Dentistry

Dermatology
Dermatology involves the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails. Our veterinarians investigate skin problems in depth to identify underlying causes and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
Allergies are a common cause of skin problems in dogs and cats and may require careful investigation, testing and ongoing management.
Otology
Otology focuses on conditions affecting the ears. Ear disease can cause significant discomfort, itching, inflammation and, in some cases, damage to the ear canal or eardrum.
At Honeydew Animal Clinic, we investigate and treat a range of ear conditions, including painful or itchy ears and ruptured eardrums. Video-scope guided ear flushing can be used in selected cases to examine and clean the ear canal thoroughly.
Gastroenterology
Veterinary gastroenterology focuses on conditions affecting the digestive system. We investigate problems such as acute or chronic vomiting, diarrhoea, weight loss, pancreatitis and other gastrointestinal disorders.
Depending on the symptoms and suspected cause, diagnostic investigations may include blood tests, ultrasound, digital radiography and gastroscopy.

Veterinary urology focuses on conditions affecting the urinary system, including urinary tract infections, bladder stones, kidney disease and other urinary disorders.
